Company launches new agency-insurer connectivity solution to increase automated data exchange across the insurance lifecycle

By automating the exchange of information directly between agents’ management systems and insurers’ policy administration systems, IVANS eServicing enables insurers to streamline workflows to provide quicker customer service throughout the policy lifecycle.
Key capabilities for IVANS eServicing includes:

- Single sign on: Allows agents to access multiple applications with a single set of login credentials, increasing security and eliminating password setup and maintenance for insurers and agents.
- Insured bill pay connectivity: Enables insureds to access insurers’ bill pay website directly from their agent’s self-service portal.
